I love horses and the simple elegance of horse riding. Though I am a far cry from a true equestrian I have always enjoyed every second spent in the ring. I also greatly enjoy the one on one time spent with a horse when you are putting the tack on and grooming. There is nothing like walking into a barn and the atmosphere there. The smell of leather and hay mixed with the sound of the occasional whinny from a horse...I could just stay in a barn with horses all day long. Especially if I was in one of these barns!! Oh la la, they take my breath away.

I have tried (and continue to try) to be fantastically meticulous with attributing every picture/image/and all of the above that I post to its original source. I take no credit whatsoever for any image that is not my own and make sure to give all credit to the site/magazine/link/book et al. from which I found it. If you notice an image of yours that is not attributed correctly or if you would like me to take down said image, please feel free to email me. My sole intent in this blog is to post thoughts, ideas, images, and things that I find to be simply elegant! The mere purpose and character of this blog is for nonprofit educational purposes. Anything that I post and discuss is to be viewed with appreciation and good will, in a matter befitting an awed and inspired observer. Finally, all posts and most especially any personal information, pictures, images, quotes, ideas, musings, etc. are not to be used for any commercial aspect or personal gain.
