If I had a little boy I would want to give him this room. I am not usually a boating theme fan but I think I am more in love with the layout of the windows, ceiling, and overhead mast. It is a bright and cheery room and a great place to allow the imagination to roam.

For an up and coming little princess I do like this color scheme. It is girly without inundating her with only pink. I would also love this set up in a pink and brown scheme.
