(image courtesy of amazon.com) It's standard. When you graduate from...well, anything, someone will give you this book. I have never been a huge Dr. Seuss fan (all through The Grinch cartoon I was crying over poor little Max, the grinch's dog that he is so mean to!) but this book is a sweet reminder of where you have been and where you might be going. In lieu of this, I thought I would share some pictures of places that I have lived. Aren't you excited? I know, I know ;)
I put the pictures in the order in which I lived in each area. Now, mind you, these are pictures of the general areas in which I lived. I didn't actually live in these two memorials...you know...because that would be sad...and cold...

The history nerd inside me loves to go inside the main signing room and sing lines from the play '1776'. And yes, I have done that. More than once.
